well the 8 cups of water was easy. I managed to stay under 1400 calories. But I only had 8792 steps. I even went to Walmart and parked at the end of the parking lot. Its too cold to take my kids outside for a walk and a gym membership is too expensive. I was planning to do Zumba last night, but couldnt find a baby sitter. :(
129.0 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
