Ate healthy yesterday even though I gained. I shouldn't have a problem losing it. Especially since I'm starting the 1400 calorie challenge, 8 cups of water; and 10000 steps challege today.
131.0 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
