Hmmm.... is my scale broken, cause I did terrible on my diet yester day and I still lost weight. It must be the Salmon and Spinach for lunch. This is awesome! I'm gonna try to do good today, because tomorrow I lower my calorie intake to 1400 for the challenge. :(
129.2 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
