Today Sunday April 15th; This is the beginning of my lifestyle change. Now daily using Limu and Limu lean; Following Atkins to lower cholesterol and lose this belly. I am currently visually the same size front the front as I am from the side. NOT a happy site.
Breakfast; 2 scramble eggs with a pinch of cheddar cheese, 1 turkey sausage patty, and sugarless cottage cheese.I could use your support even if you are not trying to lose or maintain a weight issue. Same place tomorrow =)
