If I weigh at night, I’m always 4-5 pounds heavier than the next morning. This means nothing. Don’t worry luv💞💞💜💜You’re doing great. xo

Since you use Miralax ... there is your answer. :) Not water, no muscle gain. It ultimately will come out!

Who cares? You hit it already. It may go up and down a little bit but it still counts. :)

No worries. It will come down. 🤗🧡

Don't worry it will come back down. That stair climber is helping you as well. It's not fun but it is so normal to go up and down.

Weight fluctuates, especially when taking medication. You got this 💪🏼🤗💖

Don’t get disheartened. It’s probably because you’re bloated. Once that subsides you’ll see you’re still what you measured last or even less

Don’t freak out over a number. You know you’re doing the right things and you’ll continue to get healthier. If you’re exercising then that can impact the scale. I added about 15 pounds of muscle but my waist didn’t change. Body composition changes will set you up for long term health. 💙👊🏻🙌🏻

Hey, don't let it get to you, it isn't anything you did, it's just your (our) quirky body and it's TEMPORARY my friend! You're doing fantastically well, just keep on doing what you're doing, the rewards will come. 💛💚💜

lol, don't give up JC! just be aware that body weight fluctuates at the time which we weigh. I got up this morning thinking I would be weight 173 but, I didn't have a bowel movement last night. I weighed in at 174.7, so I gained. I ate breakfast and drank coffee and then had a movement. By then I weighed 175.7 so there was no way to see that 173 I knew I had coming. tommorow I will probably be 173 though. I am staying focused on the prize.

Awe thanks friends ♥️♥️♥️♥️💕💕💕Tim, I will check in a little bit❤️ it’s just frustrating. That was my morning weigh in. It would be up probably 5-7 pounds if I weighed at night....... I don’t even want to think about that😩. I let myself totally enjoy my lils 👦🏻 birthday 🥰🥰 how long before the inflammation from working out and muscles gains.. like that water weight when will that go away??

No worries either way. Keep doing you and soon you be far enough from the 200’s that you’ll never see it again. ❤️❤️💜💜
