2 large brownies and 4 kudos bars? I can have a goof day right? was it worth it......maybe at the time. :) Thats okay. This week I'm going to do amazing. (snickers)
131.6 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Kayleigh you've done amazingly well. I think it's ok to have one of those kind of days once in awhile, so long as it's not more than that. You deserve a big pat on the back. 10 pounds good job.

Thanks Michelle. I'm hoping I can be at my goal in less than two weeks. (crosses fingers) :) You've been doing really great too. Dieting can be such a pain in the neck, but I'm actually having fun with all of the tools fatsecret has to offer.

He he. Nope, not the candy bar. Those aren't worth the calories in my oppinion, but these dang Kudos bars.... I just can't get enough. Guess I need to stop going to Costco where the offer them in bulk. :)Thanks for all of your encouragement, it really means a lot.
