I am very disappointed in the last couple of days' out comes, so I am going to lower my calorie intake once again. I'm going to lower it from 1700 to 1600. I hope that will do the trick, but if not I will subtract another 100 each day until I see the numbers I am looking for. Wish me luck!! :)
134.2 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
