udah 2 minggu gak olah raga gemes banget pengen lari apa kek , minggu kemaren perut bekas oprasian ngilu di rest seminggu eh kemarin malah kram pas benang sakit banget bekasan nya kaku linu . kalo ga tega mah otw loncat running besok 😭
