Another very emotional day....Rene came to confront me about everything she thinks is wrong. So hard to stand and fight ...but its not right for her to treat me or my kids the way she does!! Anyway...another pound gone..no overeating, no emotional eating ...kept food under control! ! Thank you Jesus for the strength and self control today! !
