Soooo depressing, I feel like my weight is coming off at a snail's pace 🥺 The good news is since coming off some of my T2D medications my blood sugars are finally remaining pretty even. No high spikes and now nooooo low dips. So that's a win for me 🙃 💪❣

Great news about the meds and BS stability! Some T2 diabetics achieve more weight loss with less carbs. Our problem is excess insulin production, and carbs stimulate insulin more than other foods.

gz9gjg, you are correct about that. I have learned more about my body in the last 3 months than my whole life. I'm really in tune with it now realizing I have a "leaky" liver and my body is so fickle on the carb front. Even with the glycemic index and load of carbs my body either accepts them or goes haywire with them. This goes for the low index/load carbs as well. Do up unto this point everything has been a trial and error basis. Still looking for those magical numbers that keep me in the "Zone" healthily. 🤪🙃
