Beberapa hari ini makan kacau karena lg dapet jd kayak pengen ngemil mulu plus makan manis2. Tapi tadi nimbang untung Bb masih aman 😌😌 tapi nutrisi kacau deh 😩
136.0 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
