Well I guess I was being to winded as my phone rang in the middle of my entry and I lost it 😬 Now I'm not in the mood to write anymore. I can say quickly it's much nicer when you have access to a scale after bathroom activities and being able to be naked. It does make a BIG difference. As long as I see a steady decline I won't complain. At least I know it's going to stay off this time and if I don't see it on the scale I feel it in my clothes which keeps me going.
266.5 lb Lost so far: 31.6 lb.    Still to go: 96.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
