So the scale I was using was the one I left at my daughters house. My grandson somehow broke the sensor's so it no longer calculated your weight. She finally bought a new one. There's always a difference between scales but at least I'm down! Happy about that and hopefully it will measure the same at the doc's office 🙃😁
267.8 lb Lost so far: 30.3 lb.    Still to go: 97.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I never weigh in at the docs. I just tell them my last weigh in from home. I want to have nothing in my bladder, first thing in the morning and be naked for a weigh in. LOL

@jessabridge4444 that's my daughter too but for me and the Dietitian she makes me get on and fully clothed lol ... I at least kick off the heavy shoes 🤪
