Target 1600,tapi rata2 5hr saya makan cuma 1400.

Aq instal aplikasi olahraga pengurangan berat badan 30hr,ada panduannya. Ada d playstore,coba aja. Plus kunci nya banyak minum juga,coba pasang aplikasi yg pengingat minum air putih ntar ada panduan brp Ltr yg kita butuhin tiap hari,tp ya efeknya sering kencing 😅
