I have promised myself that I won't get on the scales until Tues my weigh in day. Having real probs getting the calories in! Thinking of taking sliced ham to work to snack on :-)

I found a really fatty but calorie filled and low carbs snack... get sliced salami, put some cheese on it (whatever type you have) and cook it in the microwave for about 30 seconds. The edges curl up and it goes sort of crunchy, yummo! Good afternoon snack I find to get the cals up and keep carbs down! I weighed myself this morning and had lost another pound, but won't register it as a weigh in until I confirm it tomorrow! I'm excited to have seemingly broken the plateau though, thank goodness! Am hoping to get down to where you are in the next few weeks, keep up the good work you're going GREAT!
