Several days this week I gave in to treats brought to work although I limited my splurges. Overall I ate fairly well. I have found I am really ravenous in the late evenings and am saving some of my yogurt mix to eat later in the day. I am pretty sure it is anxiety and stress related hunger.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
