Dropped another lb, but will have to watch because the weekend is when i normally do the damage!! Actually my scales where playing up this morning and i got 3 different weights depending on where they were placed. However i went for the highest.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
