[DAY 1 of going back to exercise bitchas!]

Susah bgt ya mulai tuh padahal jaman skrg sis tgl buka hp byk tuh aplikasi work out (yg gw pake: Seven & 7M) msh yg beginner sih ya paling total cm 120 kcal doang soalnya cpt capek cuy skrg, semoga aja bisa nambah terusss. Fighting!!
141.1 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
