I finally dipped into a new number! It feels good and it feels motivating. Yesterday I walked at lunch for 40 minutes, the first time since my knees gave out last October. Today is a good day.

Life just sometimes sucks. I've been sidelined for over a year and a half (over completely different circumstances) but I've learned so much in that time. It is NOT time wasted! I'm learning patience and endurance, qualities I very much lacked. You are doing so well! Good job! 👌

Thanks all... some days are better than others. I had an adventure with a big bowl of cheese fondue over the weekend, which made me have to do REALLY well on Monday and Tuesday. I think the hardest things for me are balance, and knowing that just because I've hit a certain goal doesn't mean I don't still have goals to hit. Every other time I've lost weight I've been so proud of myself that I've immediately found some food with which to celebrate. It's self-defeating.

Good job!! Balance is hard. I rarely have a balance daily which is why I use a weekly calorie bank. I can have high days and low days as long as I balance out the calories, keep protein at 100g+ and don’t go crazy with either fats or carbs. It’s the liquid chocolate that gets me rather than the cheese. I’ve never tried the cheese and based on your post, I’m thankful I haven’t so that I can’t decide I enjoy it too much.
