Well, I have the maintaining part down, lol. Just need to get back into losing! I knew the last 10 would be the hardest. But I've also not been eating enough calories lately and I think that could be why I have stalled. I've had a few days of crap eating, then trying to make up for it and ending up with too few calories.

It's hard to believe you need to shed 10, but regardless of my perception I am pulling for you. I have three to go and the last five have been as illusive as Big-foot. This time I'm going to make no matter what! I can taste it now. Pun intended. I have no idea why the last few are so dag-gone hard! Keep at it.

Trust me Adam, I could probably stand to lose 15 more, but at my age, it wouldn't look good. That's great that you're so close to your goal, especially since you had the setback with your injury!

The last few are always the hardest to lose. Do something to shake things up - Eat more or eat less - definitely drink more water. Anything to tell your body hey we are not there yet.

Too few calories happens to me sometimes and then I stall. Calorie or carb rotating might help. You can do it!

You are a rock star and will totally reach your goal! No doubt in my mind.
