Feeling disappointed. Got the results back on my a1c and its at 8.7 thought I had control of my bs but guess not. Guess this will motivate me even more. Lets see what I can do in the next 3ms when its checked again
191.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
