To be honest, not had the best week, had some drinks and cake over the weekend for early birthday celebrations, so not all bad! Could have been worse if I hadn’t have exercised too 🤷🏻‍♀️ got to think positive!
177.0 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
