It's a new day and another new start. I believe part of the weight loss is due to the fact that I had some sort of 24 hour bug this weekend. Me and my bathroom became very good friends.
My hubby, that dirty buzzard, MADE me get out of bed and exercise this morning. I love him so much! He knows I need the pushing so I'm thankful. I didn't do a lot but anything is better than nothing. I'll do it again tomorrow and hopefully see some results in the future.
