I went to the gym and rode the bike for an hour came home and weighed myself nice surprise yay this is more like it!!!👏👌😋🏃♀️🚵♀️👍🏻👣🏃🏻♂️ riding the bike actually made my foot feel a bit better it was killing me at the office today
