How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Once a week I weight and then record it. But then I weight often just to see if the food/liquid did anything to my body throughout the day for fun. ( So, I pooped 1/2 pounds... interesting)

what is your goal weight, 5'3 and 5'4 ladies?
Shakira is 5,2". I am also 5'2". But I weight 135 pounds instead of 116 pounds. I don't particularly set a goal weight. I set a waist goal and my waist goal is 26" and I am now 28"

what is your goal weight, 5'3 and 5'4 ladies?
I a 5'2" wears size 4 US size. Trying to get down to 125pounds or even 120 pounds by July 2019.
