Again, FS suggested my weight had gone up. Shame on you, Fatsecret. Haters gonna hate!
Two pound loss, not too shabby. This is a loss even though I bumped my intake up last weekend by a few hundred calories to boost my metabolism (in theory), and even though my exercise hasn't been as on point as I would like for it to be. Haven't seen 192 in quite some time, looking forward to 189 even more.
I went and got assignment at the hospital yesterday evening. Met my patient, who seems extraordinarily nice, and I think it's going to be a pretty good weekend. I only have one med card left to do today, and three textbook pictures on the diagnoses. Last clinical weekend I spent almost twelve hours on prep work, If I can be done today before my sons doctor appointment at 1 I'll be just ecstatic. Hell, I'd even be able to get in a bike ride!
I do need to get to the grocery store at some point today too, as I need something to pack for lunch the next couple days. Planning ahead is the secret to success, right?!
