Did lots of housework today....cleaned both bathrooms, vacuumed upstairs & downstairs, did light dusting, watered plants, tidied up random stuff.
I washed & refilled 2 of the hummingbird feeders. Pulled a few weeds outside & watered a few outdoor plants.
I'm sore today & I'm not sure if it's the basic stuff I've been dealing with or from yesterday's workout. I think it may be a combination of both. Gonna rub myself down with myscle rub & take some Ibuprofen before bed.
Tomorrow is another Gym day.
