Down .2....which is basically maintaining. After my hearty bowl of chicken chile last night and a crusty multigrain roll I'm not dissapointed.
Ok, an interesting thought....Anyone else feel like your husband should outweigh you? 🤔 Mine is a young 76 years old & due to aging has shrunk a few inches. His blood pressure had gone up so the doctor & he discussed him losing weight. He's lost about 20 lbs. and we're running neck and neck in the amount we weigh 😐 I told him he needs to STOP losing. What's even worse is he is able to snack & have adult beverages more than I and still not gain. I know I should laugh it off, but is it too much to ask that your spouse be at least 5 lbs. heavier 😊
