Man, this is taking a looong time. It seems like it's taking me a month to lose a pound. I know it's because I like to eat though. I cheat way too much. Thank goodness for exercise!!
200.0 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 35.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

hey, I have been jogging for quite a while but its not the same when you get out of the house to do it. Good luck on that pound...I have a horrible feeling that the way I have been eating lately is going to cause me to plateau. I'll know tomorrow.

We all have days when we don't eat properly. Just do what you can on most days of the week. It looks like you've lost 16lbs so far, so that simply means you're doing something right. I eat like a horse sometimes, but most my food consists of raw/cooked veggies, seasonal fruits, legumes, and water. But I still may do a burger here & there...I'm not perfect. So keep doing the excerise and stay with your diet plan even if you cheat here & there. Hang in there buddy!
