todays the 3rd day of Dukan Diet. feeling better than before. less gluggy. less sugar cravings. high protein makes me feel full all the time :)
ive been eating too many eggs though. going to make sure i only have 2 a day from now on.

It is easy to end up eating too many eggs, they're just so easy. If you still want the protein but are worried about the cholesterol, just try eating the whites and avoiding the yolks.

yep, when I make an omelet or scrambled eggs I will use 1 whole egg and 3-5 other just egg whites. That way you still get some nice yellow color, and the yolky-ness :)
