I am on my own now. No trainer so my plan is two strength training and three cardio a week. If I do this for a month (from 5/21) I will buy a new work out outfit. After two months a facial.
127.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.0 lb a week
