{{{I only gained a pound this weekend! What a relief! After having Golden Corral on Saturday and eating Island (local Hawaiian) food on Sunday (for lunch and dinner), I thought I'd be facing at least a 3-5 pound bust! I will be missing my morning workout today because I have to take my baby to the doctor, but I will hopefully get an evening workout in. Evening workouts don't count for much when it comes to weigh-ins---especially when I miss my morning workout---but hopefully it'll help a little.}}}
