This is a slight scale victory that I will accept.
I am more excited for my non scale victory of 4 compliments I got today on my way back to my desk after getting my breakfast from the caf:
"Ches, you are looking svelte" "Hey skinny... look at you" "Dude, I saw you two weeks back and you look you lost more weight" "OMG, look at you"
I won't lie. I was hunting for these and I got them. My caf is on the 7th floor and I stopped on the 6th, 5th and 4th floor to talk to others and wish them a "Happy Friday" before making my way back to my floor. I usually walk up to 7 to grab a bite and straight back down to my floor.
Today is jeans day in the office and I am ~~Rocking~~ my loose 34s. Loose 34s????? Yeah Budy.. Fat is melting away.
I've probably put on some muscle with my interval runs I've done a few weeks back and this is probably why am I only down a teeny weeny bit on the scale.
I am feeling great. Life is good. Praying for health and safety for those connected to me.

I love it when people notice my weight loss. I was thinking yesterday that I would probably need to lose 30-35 pounds before it was noticeable to anyone but me. Then I went to our local market to buy mushrooms and bean sprouts for a stir fry and a lady I knew from the dog park said "the pounds are just falling off of you! your pants are getting so big." And it's only 15 pounds so far. So I know how you feel, keeps us motivated to complete this journey.

Hey, some days we want validation that others see the changes. Other days we don't need it. Way to go! Be proud!

Thanks Poppy, Fritzy, From371, Normandale, T8U9 & ehead. Just as I made logging foods a habit ((39 days now)), I need to make lowering my carb intake a habit. IT WILL BE DONE.
