On my way!!! I am almost to my first mini goal (under 200). Yah me!!!
203.6 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 68.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing good! I look at other peoples diet calenders for good, healthy, nutritional choices so I can get new Ideas, and maybe learn something..I stole your chicken with taco seasoning! it is ggreat just steam baked in foil. Chicken gets so boreing sometimes.
