I am so glad that I am losing weight. Fatsecret has been exactly what I need to keep me motivated. By recording everything I eat and being able to see that others are able to do it, it has helped me too. I know losing weight is only part of it, but watching what I eat has helped me to focus on being healthier. I still need to exercise more, but I am doing better.
