I'm consuming 1200 calories a day and doing about 3-5 miles nearly every day and I'm not losing anything but water weight (and consequently "gaining" it back later). I'm always hungry. Always. This doesn't seem worth the trouble. I HATE this.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
