Didn't lose JACK this past week.
I did eat some extra snacks at night, but not enough to justify NO WEIGHT LOSS!!
Guess I'm stopping that!

I've got 7 Days to hit my First GOAL of getting to 200lbs by my Birthday of February 23!!!

I CAN DO IT!
203.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
