I weigh on Fridays and didn't do it the day after Thanksgiving so this is for 2 weeks. Same. I'm still doing my resistance training and my clothes fit well. BUT. The number. The dang number. I'm hung up on the NUMBER.
My challenge has started and I am going to make sure to log EVERYTHING. Even the dreaded weekends. The holiday goodies have started. I love them so much but I love being able to fit into my clothes without "sucking" it in...I've gotten rid of all my bigger clothes and it's much too cold to go around naked, lol.
