Back after the weekend... saturday held up well, Sunday i still like to treat myself...but food plan should be 24/7 not just for Monday to thursday :)
Woke up feeling like i want to start the weekend all over... treated myself to coffee and brownie (shop bought)...hated myself and fixed some green juice to take to work with me.. fitted a 30 minute rep based workout from the NTC app and felt good... tonight pilates and power walk on treadmill. I will prepare another juice for lunch/ dinner... once i get going on juicing i crave it and i don't like crap food in between...i just have to start with it.. i loved my results after 3 days last week... i'm hoping to go down more this week.
