What a great feeling to see 1 pound gone!
226.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Keep it up..!! I just know we can do this....I have more determination this time than ever...hmmmm..could be that I am scheduled for a physical the middle of February?
