Started the week out well with two days of eating right and 2 good hour-long workouts. Then it all went downhill with work stress and knowing at the back of my mind that I'll be on holiday next week and not following any of the rules. But, there was a flash of hope on Wednesday when the scale said 66.9kg again so I know I can get there again - hopefully not too long after the Easter mayhem.
