Gave in to the food calling me in the weekend at the birthdays - naughty me! But resisted the alcohol call and did a major 3 hour hilly ride on Saturday WOOHOO!!
Hopefully all my intake didn't blow my good work during the week.
I'm feeling good though, fit and healthy - apart from my mind beating me up for my lack of self control.
Oh well, another week, another Monday, new start.
