A tiny little loss today--2/10ths of a pound! Better than none at all. Not enough exercise this week, but it was pretty stressful and I held it together reasonably well. I can tell that it is not good to have anything crunchy or salty directly out of a large, multiserving bag or multiple servings from a large dish..I ate too many pita chips directly from the bag today...:(. I usually divide them up into serving size bags before eating.
