I haven't been recording my daily weight, as it's held steady at 171 #'s, until this morning!! I could barely move, my back ached and my left leg/foot were quite swollen. Yup...it's raining.!!
I don't know who coined the phrase "growing old gracefully" but I'm pretty sure that they didn't mean it in a physical sense....especially after the way I was bumbling around the house like "Frankenstein's Monster" until the Ibuprophen kicked in!! LoL
As the day wore on, my pain and swelling decreased - it's still there, still palapable but I'm happy about what I accomplished today and now - the sun is shining! 😊
