ugh still no change and a week ago I was 283 and then the next day I was bloated from the food at the cookout anyhow I did better yesterday and still the same but I know its hormones and no bowel movement in over a week so I will see what happens...
it will go back down 👇 eventually and then I will be on my way to loosing again.
286.2 lb Lost so far: 66.8 lb.    Still to go: 66.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Man, it is so dang hard to not get discouraged. Keep doing the right things and it will work out pretty soon.
