15 pounds to go. My waist has shrank from a size 40 pants to a 36. I have added a 1 hour walk every other day. For me that is 2.2 miles. Slow and steady wins the race right? (LOL)
204.9 lb Lost so far: 30.1 lb.    Still to go: 14.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

that's awesome man. I do a neighborhood walk loop that equals 1.25 mi. and takes me about 30 minutes, I stop when my hips hurt.
