While woke up at 1 on the in the morning with Charlie horse in my legs really bad. It was awful but I did get back to sleep. That doesn't mean I won't go to gym today but I will not work the dog. I am a little upset about my weight up/down but I know it most likely just water weight. So I shouldn't worry too much. Just take one day at a time. I be back later tonight to let you know how my day went Well I am back, I really don't think I did that of today to bad choice today with out exercise not good. Well tomorrow will be better.
