Regain is soooo very disappointing but stopping that stupid train is so hard. Putting in all my effort into truly smiling when I look in the mirror again. A few down… many more to go
255.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 77.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

868 kcal Fat: 53.05g | Prot: 87.22g | Carb: 13.28g.   Breakfast: Coffee, Alani Nu Whey Protein Munchies. Lunch: Happy Farms Mild Cheddar Cheese Cubes, Great Value Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Celery , Cub Foods Ground Beef (93% Lean / 7% Fat). Dinner: Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Fisher Chopped Walnuts. more...

Ahh I KNOW THE FEELING!!! But once you turn that train around, it's all downhill.. in a good way!
