I always let myself down at weekends 🤐😫
232.0 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 44.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Me too! my boyfriend and I live separately so only see each other at weekends, we go a bit crazy with food 🫣 I am trying to eat less or choose healthier treats, it doesn't always work but I try and be better from Mon to Friday to make up for it.
