Just sharing what can happen if you exercise after a long period of low-activity. This normal daily gain would usually go overnight, but it stayed. Body is in shock! Should settle back down in a day or 2.
124.3 lb Lost so far: 22.3 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
